Sardinian cuisine expresses a simple approach to life, imbued in its cheeses, spit-roasted meats, pane carasau, handmade pasta, olive oil and distinctive wines. At Su Gologone, mealtimes are saturated with the fragrances and flavours of Barbagia. Our (low carbon-footprint) breakfast is a delectable offering of Oliena honey, conserves, cheeses and charcuterie, as well as our own breads and pastries. Lunch and dinner are laced with local character too. Savour maccarones de busa (handmade bucatini) and culurgiones (ravioli filled with local ricotta), porceddu allo spiedo (spit-roasted suckling piglet), and seadas al miele (honey fritters). Meals with us will be memories that linger!

The hotel has three dining rooms: inside an air-conditioned dining room and outside, another one on the shady veranda and the other on the beautiful terrace by the sea, where you can enjoy a romantic evening by the light of candle with our menu a la carte.
The menu carefully directed by the owners, offers a wide range of seafood dishes of the Sardinian tradition, all accompanied by very fine wines.

The Restaurant Bue Marino stands in a beautifully panoramic spot a short distance from the main beach and the touristic marina of Cala Gonone. From the terrace  you can enjoy an unparalleled view of the entire gulf. The specialities among the regional and national dishes served here are fish and local desserts, all accompanied by an excellent range of wines.
