CAPO TESTA-PUNTA FALCONE MARINE PROTECTED AREA:
- Anchoring is not permitted in Zone A.
- Anchoring for boats and pleasure craft is allowed in Zones B, Bs, and C exclusively on sandy or pebble bottoms within the areas designated by the managing authority:
a) Santa Reparata (Zone B)
b) La Balcaccia (Zone B)
c) La Marmorata (Zona B)
d) Cala Sambuco (Zona B)
e) Rena Bianca (Zona Bs)
a) La Licciola (Zona C)
Below are attached maps indicating the permitted anchoring zones.In accordance with Article 15 of the aforementioned Regulations, anchoring is subject to the payment of administrative fees.

La Maddalena Area - Rules
LA MADDALENA'S PARK AREA:
- Anchorage restriction as per Marine Protected Area of La Maddalena, stay 300 m away from the coast in MB areas
- Use of Jet skies and water toys is forbidden in the Maddalena's Park area
- Fishing regulations as per Maddalena's Park
Boats entering the area must observe:
- Maximum speed of 15 knots beyond 300 metres from the shore
- Maximum speed of 7 knots within 300 metres from the shore
- Anchoring: (exclusively on sandy-pebbly bottoms and never on posidonia meadows):
- from June 1 to October 30, in the zoning areas called MB the anchorage (must be outside the buoy field boundary) is allowed only from sunrise to sunset and no later than 10 pm, with the exception of La Maddalena residents and boats with crates sewage collection that can remain afterhours
- Budelli Cala di Roto Island or “Spiaggia Rosa”: transiting, anchoring, stopping of any boat or craft is prohibited in the area of Cala di Roto or “Spiaggia Rosa”. Also prohibited are bathing, snorkeling, diving and walking on the shore. Transit near the limits of the area must be kept below 3 knots.
- Cavalieri Beach: access to the area known as 'Cavalieri Beach' is prohibited, encompassing the land defined by the coordinates: 41°17'10.51''N; 9°21'33.41''E, and 41°17'12.41''N;9°21'27.99''E. This prohibition also applies to the backdune pond and the Mediterranean scrubland area behind the beach.

PORTO CERVO AREA:
- ISPS is required in Porto Cervo Port for boats exceeding 500 tonnes.
- Buoy usage is required in the buoy camps located at Pevero and Cala di Volpe, in accordance with the coordinates outlined in the attached regulations.
- Anchoring is forbidden inside the buoy camps. Anchoring is permitted at 200 mt from the last buoy.
- Towing of jet skis and water toys is not permitted within the water areas of these buoy camps. Please refer to the attached regulations for further information.

CALA DI VOLPE:
- Buoy usage is required in the buoy camps located at Pevero and Cala di Volpe, in accordance with the coordinates outlined in the attached regulations.
- Anchoring is forbidden inside the buoy camps. Anchoring is permitted at 200 mt from the last buoy.
- Towing of jet skis and water toys is not permitted within the water areas of these buoy camps. Please refer to the attached regulations for further information.

Tavolara Area - Rules
TAVOLARA AREA:
1) Zone A - MARINE RESERVE
The following activities are permitted in Zone “A”:
- Entrance to the area by Marine Area staff and authorized researchers present for scientific purposes;
- Guided underwater visits, authorized by Marine Area management, in areas with established routes, keeping in mind the sensibility of the environment.
The following activities are prohibited in Zone “A”:
- Swimming or bathing; - Professional or sport fishing;
- The use of water craft (except official Marine Protected Area craft).
2) Zone B - GENERAL RESERVE
The following activities are permitted in Zone “B”:
- The use of boats and other water craft at a speed of under 10 knots; - Underwater visits, following the rules of the Protected Marine Area;
- Swimming or bathing;
- Mooring to berths installed by the Area managing authority;
- Professional fishing by residents of towns bordering the Protected Marine Area within regulated weight limits by using environmentally sensitive equipment.
The following activities are prohibited in Zone “B”:
- Trawling and similar fishing techniques;
- Sport fishing. 3)
Zone C - PARTIAL RESERVE
The following activities are permitted in Zone “C”:
- Transit of boats and crafts;
- Mooring to berths installed by Area management;
- Underwater diving (while respecting the surroundings);
- Professional fishing by residents of towns bordering the Protected Marine Area within regulated weight limits by using environmentally sensitive equipment;
- Sport fishing, with the following equipment:
A) Fishing rods, lines, hooks, natural and artificial bait – not more than one per person, maximum three fish hooks
B) Handline: no more than one per person, maximum six fish hooks;
C) Trolling: no more than one per boat.
Jet Skis are forbidden.

OLBIA AREA:
- Over 500 GT compulsory authorization from Port Authority (VHF16) and port pilots (VHF 12) to navigate the channel of Olbia upon arrival and departure
- Navigation cannot exceed 8 knots speed inside Olbia's channel

Baunei Area - Rules
BAUNEI AREA:
- Navigating, stopping and bathing in Piscine di Venere, as well as any other activity connected to the public use of the sea, are forbidden up to a distance of 30m from the coast.
- Direct access to Cala Goloritzè beach is forbidden. Please anchor at 200mt (delimited by a line of buoys).
